2026 Life/Permanent Contributing

 2026 Life/Permanent Contributing Member — $50

This payment covers the 2026 annual fee for Life Members who ALSO hold active Permanent Contributing (PC/PCM) status with Medinah Shriners. Please note: This $50 rate applies ONLY if you have achieved Life Member status AND hold a PC/PCM designation. If you are a Life Member without PC/PCM status, please select the $55 rate instead.

An automated email receipt will issue immediately; your official dues card will be mailed.
