The package covers everything: round-trip airfare for two from Chicago O'Hare to Norfolk, a two-night hotel stay, a two-day car rental, fish cleaning, and a tip — plus a full-day charter aboard the legendary "Smoker" with Captain Brynner Parks. The Smoker departs Slip 24 at 5:00 AM and runs until 4:00 PM, giving you a full day on the water with one of the most experienced captains on the Outer Banks.
